DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:User experience operations team is an important functional team responsible for improving user experience and helping users to use DIDI CARD more reasonably and smoothly, and is the leader of the closest connection between our product/service and customers.Physical card operation is a team especially responsible for guaranteeing the stability and efficiency of physical card production and delivery.Role Responsibilities:- Docking with card factories and courier companies, improving service strategies, ensuring the stability of basic services, directly responsible for indicators such as card return rate and abnormal case ratio- Establish complete physical card operation SOPs, including but not limited to regular card factory/express patrol to prevent production operation risks- Guarantee the efficiency of physical card services, optimize the production strategy together with stakeholder teams, and share the targets, including credit card delivery rate, delivery time and other indicators- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the production schedule, responsible for the timeliness and efficiency of the supply of cards (chips), packaging materials and other production materialsRole Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above- 3 years or more experience in banking/fintech in physical card operations positions (card production/distribution), with independent professional experience responsible for relevant indicators- Extensive experience in physical card processing projects, with a strong knowledge base in the field of card production and distribution in the Mexican market- Excellent internal and external communication skills, strong resilience to stress and strong ownership- English as working language and spanish as native speakerEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
