Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Cost Accountant_ located in _Guadalajara, South_._- Reporting to the Controller Assistant, Cost Accountant role being responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records, and analyzing and interpreting accounting records in order to give advice or prepare statements._What a typical day looks like:- _ Perform periodic review of Profit and Loss (P&L) account to ensure that all the postings are done as per the defined Policy, Process and Procedures._- _ Compare the Actual with Forecast / Quote and ensure that the variances are properly researched and required adjustment postings are done in the books. Collect the business reasons for the remaining variances and report appropriately._- _ Reconcile all the scoped Balance sheet accounts with sub ledger/manual schedule to identify the variance, if any and ensure that those variances are properly dealt in the books of accounts._- _ Review the accounts on periodic basis to identify any potential risk and ensure that the same is mitigated properly._- _ Ensure that all the book close related /reporting activities are properly planned and executed on timely basis with utmost accuracy._- _ Work with relevant teams to prepare the Forecast / Budget for the related accounts._- _ Work along with Operations team to improve the business / operational metrics._- _ Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Bachelor's degree._- _ Previous experience or practices as a accountant or finance._- _ Profit and Loss knowledge_- _ Intermediate English._- _ Excel, reports & presentations_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.PA91Job CategoryFinance**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
