Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cost Accountant located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Controller, the Cost Accountant role involves responsibilities for preparing and maintaining accounting records, and analyzing and interpreting accounting records in order to give advice or prepare statements.What a typical day looks like:- Reconcile trial balance accounts within individual's responsibility.- Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation.- Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy.- Develop forecast for areas within responsibility interfacing with individuals outside of cost accounting.- Establish objectives and implement appropriate processes in line with established financial practices.- Ensure budget, schedules and performance requirements are met.- Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS.- Lead financial periodic closing, analysis and reporting.- Compile monthly rolling year forecast.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience in similar position.- Advanced English (verbal and written).- Skills: Excel Intemediate - Advanced.- Experience in accounting and financial areas.- Experience in balance sheets, income statements and forward budgeting (Forecast).What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.SC69Job CategoryFinance**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
