**Propósito**Asegurar que el vendedor siga la metodología correcta (virtual/simulación/tutorial) para garantizar que los asesores inbound, back office, chat, Whats App estén completamente preparados para brindar un servicio enfocado en la experiência del cliente conociendo y ejecutando nuestros procesos con alta precisión.**Responsibilidades**Asegurarse de que el proceso de capacitación de proveedores se lleve a cabo de acuerdo con las expectativas de Assurant en estos tres níveles:1. Proceso de contratación.2. Metodología de capacitación y mantenimiento continuo.3. Proceso de certificación- Mantener un inventario de todo el material de capacitación, actualización anual de: presentaciones, actividades, pruebas, etc.- Asegurarse de que todo el material de capacitación se actualice con cualquier cambio.- Desarrollar material de capacitación digital de preferencia (por ejemplo, videos y manuales).- Asegurarse de la entrega de información de AIZ al Proveedor en plazos óptimos.- Refinar el proceso de certificación de Assurant, revisión anual.- Aplicar el proceso de certificación a todos los empleados nuevos.- Aplicar una prueba de recertificación cada al menos 1 año a los agentes titulares.- Asegurarse de que los capacitadores de ventas tengan una evaluación periódica de desempeño y habilidades de capacitación.- Realizar llamadas de Mystery Shopper en un período anual.**Requisitos**- Experiência laboral como Capacitador de Servicio al Cliente o rol similar de al menos 3 años.- Conocimiento de Metodología de Aprendizaje.- Conocimiento de Office (Excel, PPT, etc) y nuevas tecnologías.- Gramática perfecta y altas habilidades de comunicación escrita y hablada.- Familiaridad con actividades de aprendizaje interactivas.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.- Licenciatura en Educación, Recursos Humanos o área relevante.- Certificación adicional en capacitación es un plus.- Conocimiento de técnicas de innovación tecnológica aplicadas a la capacitación.- Establecer metas con el Proveedor para lograr los planes de trabajo.- Habilidad de comunicación capaz de fomentar las relaciones con empleados y proveedores externos.**Ofrecemos**- Lugar de trabajo en Ciudad de México.- Trabajo híbrido (2 días obligatorios para asistir a la oficina)- Salario competitivo y prestaciones adicionales- Contrato directo por empresa.Salario competitivo y prestaciones adicionales requeridas por ley**Helping People Thrive in a Connected World****What’s the culture like at Assurant?**Our unique culture is a big reason why talented people choose Assurant.
