Estamos buscando a un talentoso **Contabilidad Técnica del Reaseguro (es integral)** para unirse a nuestro equipo en Guy Carpenter. Esta posición estará ubicada en Ciudad de México. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.En este rol, contarás con las siguientes responsabilidades:- Conocer y cumplir con las regulaciones del mercado americano en el área de reaseguro.- Utilizar tu experiência en reclamos en reaseguro para llevar a cabo las tareas asignadas.- Tener conocimiento en reaseguro proporcional y no proporcional, contratos cuota parte, excedentes, working cover, exceso de pérdida por evento y exceso de pérdida anual, cedentes, trato con reaseguradoras y aseguradoras.- Mantener una buena relación con los equipos y mercados involucrados.- Tener conocimiento en los slips (siniestros de varias reaseguradoras).- Dar seguimiento a las actividades que se encuentren en proceso.Lo que necesitas tener:- Inglés avanzado en conversación.- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, actuariales o afines.- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en el sector de seguros y/o reaseguro.- Conocimiento intermedio de paquetería Office, especialmente Excel.- Manejo avanzado de bases de datos (deseable experiência en Power BI).Lo que te hará destacar:- Experiência previa en el manejo de bases de datos utilizando Power BI.- Conocimiento adicional en otros idiomas.- Certificaciones o cursos relacionados con el área de reaseguro.¿Por qué unirte a nuestro equipo?- Te ayudamos a ser tu mejor versión a través de oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, trabajos interesantes y líderes de apoyo.- Fomentamos una cultura vibrante e inclusiva donde puedes trabajar con colegas talentosos para crear nuevas soluciones y tener un impacto en colegas, clientes y comunidades.- Nuestra escala nos permite ofrecer una variedad de oportunidades de carrera, así como beneficios y recompensas para mejorar tu bienestar.Si estás interesado en esta emocionante oportunidad, esperamos recibir tu solicitudMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
