**Guy Carpenter** is the world's premier reinsurance intermediary and strategic advisor to leading insurance and reinsurance organizations, delivering integrated solutions through its industry-leading analytics and advisory services, highly specialized product knowledge and trading relationships with reinsurance markets around the world.**What can you expect?**Client Support Services (CSS) is comprised of global service teams who are assigned to specific client (customer) accounts to handle contracts, claims and accounting.In this role you will be an integral member of Guy Carpenter’s CSS Team leading Transactional Service’s activities because of clients and reinsurers interactions and processes, being responsible for processing technical transactions (e.g., settlement / payment and reporting) and ensuring they meet applicable payment warranties and/or conditions.**What´s in it for you?**- Join an outstanding professional services firm with more than 150 years of history - we are 76,000 colleagues in four global businesses united by a common purpose to make a difference in the moments that matter.- Work with Reinsurance professionals with experience and technical knowledge- Gain significant experience of working within a technical capacity for a Broker- Be part of a global business that works with clients of all sizes to define, design and deliver innovative solutions to better quantify and manage risks.**We will count on you to**:- Support individuals to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.- Integrates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to support difficult transactional processes and ensures assigned tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner ensuring Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to provide services in an efficient, effective and regulatory compliant manner.- Premium and Claim processing (XOL and ProRata)- Support Manager with experienced team, making sure they are productive and meeting objectives, and helping them to resolve the more difficult issues they face.- Develops complex information on accounting/claims process to drive busness growth.- Establishes and drives relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets**What you need to have**:- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 4 Year College Degree in Accounting or Finance (or related)- Up to 4-5 years of Professional **experience in similar role in reinsurance (Treaty)**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high-performance team.
