Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Objetivo del puesto.**Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de producción en líneas SMT (Surface Mount Technology), asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de producción, estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia, optimizando recursos y garantizando la entrega a tiempo de los productos.**Responsabilidades principales.**- Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de los operadores y técnicos en líneas SMT.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de producción y métricos de eficiencia (OEE, scrap, throughput).- Monitorear el desempeño de equipos SMT (pick & place, impresoras de pasta, hornos de reflow, AOI, SPI).- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de setups, cambios de modelo y arranques de producción.- Dar seguimiento a incidencias de calidad, paros de máquina y problemas de proceso, trabajando en conjunto con Ingeniería, Mantenimiento y Calidad.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y 5’s en el área de producción.- Desarrollar al personal operativo mediante retroalimentación y capacitación en procedimientos.- Generar y dar seguimiento a reportes de producción, scrap y productividad.Experiência y requisitos**Requisitos**:- **Escolaridad**: Ingeniería o carrera técnica (Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín).- ** Experiência**: 2-3 años en líneas SMT en rol de supervisor, coordinador o similar.- Conocimiento en equipos SMT: Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki u otros.- Conocimiento en procesos de impresión de pasta, reflow, inspecciones ópticas y rayos X.- Manejo de indicadores de producción (OEE, KPI’s).- Experiência en liderazgo de equipos operativos.- Inglés intermedio (lectura de manuales y reportes).Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
