Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Process Manager_- _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, _- Process Manager_- role involves_- Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization._What a typical day looks like:- _ Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product_- _ Define, Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability._- _ Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process_- _ High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues_- _ Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production._- _ Support and oversee new process equipment production._- _ Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs)._- _ Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_- _ Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies._- _ Trouble shoot process related issues._- _ Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._- _ Evaluate and select various engineered materials._- _ Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products._- _ Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements._- _ Improve manufacturing techniques and through put._- _ Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields._- _ Develop and maintain process documentation._- _ Review processing methods._- _ Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer._- _ Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer._- _ Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required._- _ Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs._- _ Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required._- _ Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ program_The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with capabilities of process._- _ Experience and knowledge with SMT & Backend Process_- _ Knowledge in process analysis and statistics_- _ English Advance (mandatory)_- _ Advanced Excel_- _ Knowledge of minitab and statistical tools_- _ Experience with personal management_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GM101Job CategoryProduction Engineering
