Somos más de 4,000 profesionales en 11 países, con nuestra cultura multicultural de startup en donde cultivamos innovación, aprendizaje continuo para crear soluciones de alto valor para nuestros clientes.Estamos en búsqueda de **Tech Lead****Principales responsabilidades**:- Liderar y asesorar a un equipo de 20+ desarrolladores, fomentando una cultura de innovación y mejora continuas- Supervise todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo del producto, desde el diseño hasta la implementación y el mantenimiento- Diseñe e implemente aplicaciones web escalables y de alto rendimiento con Angular y.NET Core- Diseño y optimización de estructuras y consultas de bases de datos mediante SQL Server, CosmosDB o tecnologías similares- Realice revisiones de código, implemente las mejores prácticas y garantice la calidad del código en todo el equipo- Colaborar con las partes interesadas para definir los requisitos técnicos y las hojas de ruta del proyecto**Requerimientos**:- Ing en sistemas o carrera afin- Inglés avanzado (conversacional)- Modalidad hibrida (MTY, NL)- +5 años de experiência en desarrollo full stack, con un fuerte enfoque en tecnologías Angular y.NET- Amplio conocimiento de C#, ASP NET Core y Entity Framework- Competencia en desarrollo front-end utilizando Angular 16, HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript- Sólida comprensión de los sistemas de gestión de bases de datos y las técnicas de optimización- Experiência con plataformas en la nube, preferiblemente Azure, incluidos componentes como Azure Stream Analytics y Service Bus- Trayectoria comprobada de liderazgo y gestión de grandes equipos de desarrollo (+20 miembros)- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para asesorar a desarrolladores junior**Ofrecemos**:- Esquema 100% Nominal- Prestaciones de Ley- Paquete de Beneficios- Programa Bienestar- Plan de desarrollo profesional- Colaboración multiculturalSilvia Ximena Ramirez AlbaLI-XR1
