Responsabilidades y Requisitos Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín 4 años de experiencia en Customer Success, preferentemente en HR Tech Experiencia en atención a clientes directivos Conocimiento en control de proyectos tecnológicos Uso de Power BI Manejo de herramientas como Lucidchart Definir y dar seguimiento a la estrategia de Customer Success para clientes HR Tech Implementar el uso de la herramienta con clientes, asegurando una correcta adopción Levantar requerimientos y participar en la definición de producto Atender a clientes y directivos, gestionando relaciones de alto nivel Recibir, analizar y dar seguimiento a incidencias de la aplicación Identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento para los clientes Coordinar y controlar proyectos tecnológicos relacionados con la plataforma Crear materiales y manuales para el uso de la herramienta Colaborar con equipos internos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente Beneficios y Horario Horario de Lunes a viernes Prestaciones de ley Caja de ahorro Descuentos en universidades, servicios de salud, cines, etc. Desarrollo de carrera Comedor a bajo costo Odontólogo bajo costo Zona de trabajo: Tlalpan, a 5min de metrobus perisur / metro CU EEO Statement En Grupo UPAX respetamos la dignidad y diversidad de las personas.
