En Colektia, estamos buscando un Team Leader Costumer Success Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo : Responsabilidades : Definir planes de onboarding, adopcion y retencion Monitorear los KPiS Supervisar y guiar a los CSM a cargo Coordinar con los equipos técnicos y de producto Manejo de churn, NRR y retencion de clientes enterprise Controlar los costos y asegurar eficiencia financiera. Conocimientos de metodologias de onboarding y optimizacion de procesos Requisitos : Licenciatura en mercadotecnia, administración, comunicaciones o ingeniería comercial 3-5 años de experiencia en CSM o KAM (SaaS) Experiencia liderando equipos Conocimiento de kpis (Saas) OBLIGATORIO Coaching y feedbacks continuos Inglés Intermedio Comunicación clara y empatíca Ofrecemos : Sueldo base + bono mensual por KR Prestaciones de ley Seguro de gastos médicos mayores Lunes a viernes Hibrido, por el WTC Tipo de puesto : Tiempo completo Sueldo : $68, al mes Beneficios : Aumentos salariales Opción a contrato indefinido Seguro de gastos médicos mayores Tipo de jornada : Lunes a viernes Turno de 10 horas Pregunta(s) de postulación : Pretensiones salariales netas Lugar de trabajo : remoto híbrido en Benito Juárez, CDMX #J-18808-Ljbffr
