Join us toIgniteYourCareerYour role at Clorox:Support for MX S&OPIn this role, you will:- Coordinate S&OP process, ensure process discipline with multifunctional stakeholders, lead the meetings (Alignment, Supply, Demand & Sign Off)- Assure any changes to agree volume must be approved by Op Planning before Finances release an official number- Develop fiscal year forecasts during the business planning cycle, work with the Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, and Finance to fully understand proposed fiscal year plans and implications.Considering inputs as Baseline, Building Blocks, Market Share, Innovation, etc.- Improve forecast accuracy and BIAS by effectively analyzing sources of forecast error and recommending appropriate action plansWhat we look for:- Knowledge of Planning, Demand.- Forecast experience.- S&OP process.- Statistical knowledge- Communication, team workingWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
