Estamos buscando a una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al servicio para apoyar en las operaciones diarias de nuestra oficina y asegurar una experiência positiva para nuestro equipo y visitantes.**Responsabilidades**:- Apoyar en la operación diaria de la oficina: recepción de visitas, atención de solicitudes internas, coordinación de servicios como alimentos, bebidas y programas de bienestar.- Administrar relaciones con proveedores y coordinar al personal de apoyo (limpieza, mantenimiento).- Gestionar el inventario, correspondencia, entregas y asegurar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y regulaciones locales.- Participar en la organización de eventos internos y actividades del equipo.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en administración de oficina, operaciones o atención al cliente.- Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.- Actitud proactiva, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma independiente.- **Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable** (lectura, escritura y conversación).- Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial en Guadalajara.**Ofrecemos**:- Desayuno y comida en oficina, más snacks y bebidas ilimitadas.- Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.- Oportunidad de crecimiento dentro de una empresa innovadora.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Servicio de comedorExperiência:- la gestión de operaciones o administración de oficina: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
