Circles.Life has earned numerous accolades over the years, including "Best Use of MarTech" at the CX Asia Excellence Awards and #1 in Singapore's Best Customer Service Award.Circles is backed by global investors such as Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia), Warburg Pincus, EDBI, and Founders Fund - renowned institutions with a track record of backing industry-shaking innovators.**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:- **Work closely with client delivery teams, core product team, third-party partners, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of key outcomes for clients.**:- **Act as a bridge between the global product team and local market needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives, capabilities, and requirements.**:**Stakeholder Engagement**:- **Drive product strategy and roadmap and ensure stakeholder alignment.**:- **Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.**:**Agile Product Development**:- **Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.**:- **Ensure that development teams and partners have a clear understanding of product requirements and deliver on these effectively.**:**Local Deployment Readiness**:- **Ensure readiness across functions (including product, engineering, operations, go-to-market, customer support) and certify product prior to release**:- **Ensure end-to-end local product functionality and quality control.**:**Value Proposition Refinement**:- **Consult value proposition and go-to-market owners on platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with how the SaaS platform might deliver the proposition.**:- **Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform product development.**:- **Ensure that the voice of the customer is heard and integrated into product development.**:- **Contribute to the enhancement of our core product offerings based on insights and feedback gathered from client engagements and delivery experiences.**:**Risk Management and Problem Solving**:- **Proactively identify potential risks in product implementation and devise effective solutions.**:- **Navigate challenges to ensure successful product releases and sustained performance.**:**Qualifications**:- 15+ years of experience product management, client services, or other relevant roles.- Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.- Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused environment with B2B and B2C exposure.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.- Experience in managing product localization and service integrations.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).To all recruitment agencies: Circles will only acknowledge resumes shared by recruitment agencies if selected in our preferred supplier partnership program.Please do not forward resumes to our jobs alias, Circles employees or any other company location.
