BLUE JACKET CATMANPuesto al que se reporta: Coordinador y al Gerente del Plan - COLGATE CATMAN.Home Office. 80% Tiempo en oficinas y/o campo. 20%Objetivo General del Puesto:- Facilitar la comunicación entre el personal de oficina y de campo para una gestión precisa de la distribución.- Planificar el espacio de la tienda tanto a nível macro como micro, adaptándose a las demandas locales.- Optimizar los planogramas basándose en patrones de demanda específicos de cada localización.- Asignar de manera óptima el área para cada categoría de productos.- Determinar la eficacia de combinar distintos grupos de productos para mejorar la experiência del cliente y maximizar ingresos.- Crear espacios que sean adaptables y resilientes.- Crear ambientes visualmente atractivos y sostenibles.- Optimizar al máximo el espacio disponibleRequerimientos básicos:- Escolaridad: Licenciatura (Titulado) de preferencia en diseño gráfico, mercadotecnia o administración de empresa.- Experiência: Mínima de 6 meses en diseño de planogramas.- Disponibilidad de tiempo: Según las necesidades del cliente.- Excelente presentación.- Estado civil: Indistinto -Idiomas: Inglés 80%- Manejo de Microsoft office. - Manejo de Software como Space Planning, CP TOOLS, etc.- Sexo: Indistinto. -Edad: 22 años en adelante.Competencias o habilidades requeridas para el puesto.- Honestidad, optimismo y entusiasmo.- Excelente Comunicación.- Actitud de servicio proactiva.- Apertura al aprendizaje y a la retroalimentación.- Habilidades analíticas.- Habilidades creativas.- Habilidad para resolver conflictos.- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos.- Trabajo en Equipo.- Sentido de responsabilidad- Alto nível de compromiso.- Detección de oportunidades.- Pensamiento estratégico.Observaciones adicionales (comportamiento, forma de trabajo...etc.) Actividades realizadas periódicamente de un CATMAN. -Carga y análisis mensual de venta de los clientes y del mercado. -Realización de scorecards mensuales para los clientes. -Planogramas de tiendas con la estrategia de acomodo correspondiente. -Apoyo para la realización de la estrategia de acomodo en tienda de cada categoría. -Actualización de masters de productos. -Apoyo en realización de presentaciones ejecutivas para el cliente. -Manejo de datos para la propuesta de surtido
