What You Can Expect Accounting Analytics Support Work closely and collaboratively with multiple teams (Commercial, Production, Supply Chain…) to prepare Financial Statements projections under US GAAP and Local FRS for internal reporting and tax purposes according to schedules. Performs analysis of projections vs actuals and follows up on differences Supports the preparation and analsys of Segmented financial statements and works with the intercompany, cost accounting, international commerce, logistics and taxes areas, on the integration of the Transfer Price Report, the followup of the applicable policies and the detection of any potential deviation, communicating them and proposing any compensatory measure Responsible for the analysis and oversight of Inventory Reserve and Cost’s variances for statutory reporting purposes. Proactively works with production finance and other involved parties for the preparation of information and corresponding adjustments for local requirements. Coordinates and Participates in the Annual Physical inventory to ensure accuracy of the information Responsible for Accounting analysis of the Mexico, Colombia and Chile’s Financial Statements (US GAAP and local standards) Independently and proactively interpret financial information, identify issues, develop solutions for management review and actions. Partnership with the teams involved for the correct and on-time delivery of information requested for statutory and corporate audits under NIF and US GAAP Prepare and analyze the intercompany royalties calculation, partners with the intercompany accountant and tax team for transfer pricing requirements. Assist with the completion of Internal Audits and SOX compliance for the region Propose, prepare and post any needed Entry Journal that may be needed for guarantee the accuracy of the accounts that is charge of analyse Team work with Latam statutory compliance team to prepare US GAAP vs local books reconciliations, identify differences and register ad-hoc adjustments Reviews, maintains, and reconciles accounts (Blackline tool), making adjustments, corrections and journal entries as appropriate (US GAAP and Local FRS) Participates in special projects and ad-hoc analysis in support of finance department and company initiatives Participates in Continuous Improvement programs, and leads the initiatives related to the process and account which is responsible for What You Bring to the Table Degree in accounting or finance Certified Public Accountant or equivalent, plus 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in similar roles Professional register in the Regional Accounting Council is a plus Strong critical thinking and quantitative skills, knowledge of the use of data analysis and metrics and the ability to translate data and trends into actions Strong technical accounting background Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex financial analysis in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Ability to build productive relationships across all levels and functions. Fluency (oral and written) in English and Spanish Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects What Makes You Unique Previous experience reporting to a Price Transfer area in a Big 4 company, is a plus Project management experience and strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
