Propósito del puesto:
Atención de los clientes Patrimoniales asignados con profesionalismo y con un amplio entendimiento de los fundamentos y metodología de planificación financiera para el éxito del segmento.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Atracción y adquisición de clientes patrimoniales nuevos.
- Realizar revisiones financieras a profundidad a los clientes del portafolioy prospectos.
- Utilizar las herramientas de revisión financiera establecidas y hacer recomendación de soluciones con base en los resultados obtenidos
- Administrar una cartera promedio entre 500 y 700 MDP
- Crecer la cartera de clientes en valor (AUM) y rentabilidad (TOI).
- Trabajar en sinergia y con una comunicación efectiva con sus pares, Ejecutivos Premier y colegas de HSBC.
- Diseñar estrategias que le permitan crecer la diversificación de la cartera a su cargo.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y recomendar las soluciones de productos idóneos.
- Retención y crecimiento de clientes existentes y obtención de clientes nuevos a través de referidos.
