If the technician is unable to resolve the issue assigned to them, they must escalate the issue to a higher level of support and continually following up until issue resolution.- Responds to a rapidly changing technical environment and the requirements of the user community- Active Directory and Exchange Server experience.- High priority printer configurations.- Basic Network Support and troubleshooting.- Security Awareness & Compliance - A fundamental understanding of basic security concepts, such as malware, phishing, and security policies**Requirements**:- Assists with 1st level support.
