Marketing Manager – Búho Soda Ubicación: Querétaro, México Modalidad: Presencial / Híbrido En Búho estamos construyendo la siguiente generación de bebidas naturales: productos honestos, funcionales y llenos de carácter, creados con ingredientes reales y una visión moderna del consumo. Somos una marca independiente en crecimiento acelerado. Buscamos un Marketing Manager con mentalidad estratégica y manos en la operación, capaz de liderar la marca, el crecimiento digital, el e‑commerce y el trade marketing. Esta persona tendrá impacto directo en cómo Búho se ve, se siente y crece en el mercado. Responsabilidades Desarrollar planes anuales y trimestrales de marketing. Colaborar en narrativa de innovación, empaques y lanzamientos. Crear herramientas de venta, materiales de trade marketing y decks para distribuidores, retail y HORECA. Colaborar con el equipo comercial para preparar lanzamientos y expansiones. Liderar la estrategia de contenido en IG, TikTok, YouTube y otras plataformas. Liderar la estrategia de e‑commerce en Shopify y marketplaces relevantes. Optimizar listings, conversión, funnels y experiencia del cliente. Coordinar performance marketing, promociones y métricas clave (tráfico, conversión, ROAS, recompra). Colaborar con operaciones para asegurar un flujo impecable de pedidos DTC. Liderar campañas integradas para nuevos productos y nuevas ciudades/mercados. Generar hype, contenido y readiness comercial. Requisitos 2+ años de experiencia en marketing CPG, idealmente en bebidas, alimentos o marcas funcionales. Experiencia en marcas de alto crecimiento o challenger brands. Comodidad trabajando con ventas, liderazgo, diseño y operaciones. Dominio de branding, contenido social, GTM y trade marketing. Capacidad para construir procesos, sistemas y activos desde cero. Inglés indispensable. Experiencia en bebidas funcionales, wellness o productos better‑for‑you. Experiencia con distribuidores y retail (conveniencia, supermercados, tiendas especializadas). Manejo de freelancers, agencias y creadores. Familiaridad con KPIs, presupuestos y performance marketing. Formación continua Cultura creativa, transparente y orientada a impacto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
