As a CSR Agent, you will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to detail- Handle high amounts of incoming calls with call quality targets- Produce sales leads- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information to customers- Manage complaints and follow up to secure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents**Requirements**:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (native level Spanish)- Have previous experience and demonstrated success in sales- Knowledge of the legal services industry- MUST be familiar with the law and have an in-depth understanding of the legal services industry- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative- Experience with CRM systems and practicesCompensation & Benefits- $16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month (Depending on Experience)We want you to be excited about coming to work every day.
