**Join our team as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)****Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Generate leads through various platforms, databases, and networks.- Qualify leads based on their needs and business potential.- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and progress.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.**Qualifications**:- Previous proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially when working with US-based clients.- Strong ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work US business hours (following US Pacific time).- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.**PERKS**:100% Payroll (Benefits of law)Superior benefits after _6th month_:- Savings fund of 8%- 30-day Christmas bonus- US holidays PTO- Sick leave- Major Medical insurance- Location: Anywhere in Mexico (Fully remote opportunity)- Able to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hour shift, US time zone)Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Lead Generation / Sales: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Advaced English (required)Work Location: Remote
