With our momentum—backed by a $12 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.**Responsibilities**- Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues- Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions- Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions- Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing- Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs- Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges- Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations- Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations- Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues- Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment**Qualifications**- 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment- Strong understanding of API integrations- Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus**Total Rewards**Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
