**Regroup Mass Notification **— a global company with headquarters in Dallas — is growing We currently have an opening for a **Sales Quality Assurance Specialist**. Regroup believes in working with talented yet humble people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.**Responsibilities**- Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure the correct sales techniques are being used.- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the sales director- Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team.- Provides feedback to the sales reps and sales management.- Identify, coach, and report trends identified in recording and interactions.- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for the sales director.- Perform other duties as assigned.- Create, update, and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**- Bachelor Degree a plus- 3-5 years experience in a QA, training, coaching, or sales setting required- Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Must be self-motivator and self-starter- Focus on quality and sales driven coaching methodologies- Exceptional listening and analytical skills- Solid time management skills- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)- Sales and/or teaching ability is a plus- Background Check**Some of what we have to offer you**- Great culture and environment- Flexible work environment, including remote work opportunities- Smart people to learn from- Cutting edge experience**How you will succeed and grow at Regroup**:We believe in leading with love and doing our best.
