Our cutting-edge supply chain technology pairs with the expertise of our brilliant minds to empower logistics execution across North America and Mexico.Leveraging a comprehensive range of services, data-centric network solutions, and a seamlessly integrated platform, we have established our prominence as a key player in the mid-market segment within the freight tech industry.Whether you’re just starting your career or are an established professional looking for your next opportunity, Redwood inspires innovation across teams to provide transformative solutions for our customers.**Purpose of Your Work**:As a **Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Manager** within **Redwood Logistics** (one of our shared services groups), you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy for our Queretaro office while overseeing essential HR functions, employee onboarding, and office management.This hybrid role calls for a strategic, adaptable thinker who can support our growth objectives in Queretaro.As a key member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, optimize employee onboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment, has a passion for talent acquisition, and enjoys leading initiatives that drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and well-being.**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:Talent Acquisition (~70-80%)- **Serve as the go-to expert on Mexico’s labor market**, providing insights and educating teams on market trends as needed.- **Conduct and facilitate interviews**, leveraging best practices to ensure a fair and consistent selection process.- **Maintain accurate records** by updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and relevant recruitment reports.- **Adhere to company procedures** for interviews, offer management, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.- Point of contact for HR related questions or concerns, partnering with HR Operations and Benefits leaders as needed.- **Collaborate with local office leaders** to align workforce plans and staffing strategies, factoring in headcount needs, promotions, and internal mobility opportunities.Human Resources (~10-20%)- Investigates, manages, and reports on employee relations issues for the assigned business and/or local office.- **Serve as the primary HR contact** for local office employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns while partnering with HR Operations and Benefits teams as needed.- **Safeguard sensitive information**, ensuring confidentiality of all corporate, employee, and HR-related data in accordance with company policies.- **Coordinate employee recognition initiatives**, including service award events and the implementation of recognition programs to support employee engagement.- Collaborate with the Sr. HRBP in Monterrey to support new employee onboarding, recommend periodic enhancements to improve the onboarding experience, and organize and maintain new hire documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and federal regulations.- **Promote and support HR programs**such as Employee Resources Groups, DEI initiatives, Training and Development and more.- **Collaborate with the Sr. HRBP in Monterrey** to support the onboarding of new employees as needed.- **Recommend enhancements** to improve the new hire onboarding experience periodically.- **Organize and maintain new hire documentation**, ensuring personnel files and required records are complete and compliant with company procedures and federal regulations.Office Management (~10%)- **Oversee office inventory**, ensuring employees have access to necessary office supplies and cleaning vendors have the required cleaning materials.- **Coordinate on-site employee engagement activities**, such as morale-boosting events, holiday celebrations, and other team-building initiatives in partnership with branch leadership.- **Escalate employee concerns or complaints** in alignment with Redwood’s HR policies and procedures to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.**You’ve Got This?**- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written co- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles and levels- Strong knowledge of emplo
