The focus of this position is to manage the day-to-day business, grow the business, provide stability for the team, and facilitate the satisfaction of customer issues for BHS Mexico.**Responsibilities**1. Oversee daily business operations2. Develop and implement growth strategies3. Manage budgeting for organization4. Develop and execute new growth directives5. Evaluate performance and productivity6. Work with HR to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee training programs7. Establish priorities with Management to meet customer needs and business goals.8. Develop New Solutions to meet Client Needs9. Manage safety and quality procedures and practices.10. Perform periodic reviews of direct employees. Maintain documentation system for employee attendance and discipline.11. Ensure Proper documentation and occurs for production, receiving and other administrative and accounting areas.12. Perform other related duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- 10 years’ experience in management/leadership- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in creating budgets and financial plans for organizations.
