**Description**We are currently seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our Engineering product team. The Product Support Analyst will be a part of a multi-discipline team that manages engineering systems, building strong working partnerships with local site operational and engineering capability teams to deliver outstanding system and system reliability.If you love solving problems, come help us create value by accelerating our transformation.**A Day In The Life Could Include**:- Implement solutions that improve the reliability and completeness of INVISTA Engineering processes- Manage and maintain our current engineering systems (Design, Execute, and Maintain) ensuring the systems are reliable and available, with sufficient capacity to accommodate growth- Provide performance optimization and system health monitoring in support of compliance with overall health and availability targets for production systems- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues, actively supporting development of system management’s best practices- Deploy and manage environment changes such as new interfaces, components, etc.- Monitor and maintain a variety of interfaces responsible for moving data between systems- Resolve complex technical issues that involve significant freedom of action, or which require working in a collaborative manner with multiple teams and stakeholders, such as network, information security, architects, database administrators, engineering teams, console operators, etc.- Demonstrate a high level of initiative to drive and achieve improvement opportunities focusing on high quality user-experience**What You Will Need To Bring With You**:Experience managing IT/Software initiatives and projects (leading status meetings, gathering and working through requirements, focusing on agile and iterative deliverables)**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Experience in installation, configuration, and monitoring of Autodesk 3D, Aveva PDMS, Meridian BlueCielo, Hexagon SPF/SDX, Hexagon SPI- 1+ Years of Leadership Experience- Experience with deploying and maintaining interfaces between Engineering Applications and other IT Systems- Other developer technologies: SQL, Python, C#,.NET.Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.
