**Vacante para la empresa Gneis en Ocotlán, Jalisco -Guadalajara, Jalisco**:**The Group is one of the most active Italian chemicals manufacturers at an international level.**- Account Manager / Sales Representative_**JOB DESCRIPTION****Summary/Objective****Essential Functions****Daily Duties**- Daily contact with customers in the territory.- Interface with Customer Service on any inquiries, orders, or returns.- Coordinate new business development.- Personal visits with customers.- Visit Reports to be done biweekly.- Review of all viable opportunities and issuance of all supporting documentation - Market Intelligence or Business Projects.- Assistance at Technical Service calls & visits.- Main contact person for any customer complaints or issues.- Coordination/presentation of price quotes and/or price increases to customers.- Follow up on the status of samples that are trialed by customers.- Issuance of Change of Business documentation for any new business closes or changes to the existing business.**Periodic Duties**- Forecasting documentation - 90-Day rolling - 15thof every month- Spreadsheet submission and entry is required- All reports due as scheduled- Monitor profit margins on all products- Control & Documentation of direct sales expense budgets.- Attendance at weekly and monthly Conference Calls with Management.- Follow through on Effectiveness Review for Corrective Actions responses sent to customers can be closed out.- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by Direct Manager or Business Manager.**Competencies**- Strong problem solving skills.- Ability to prioritize daily workload.- Requires above average verbal and written communication skills to interface with internal and external customers- Dependable- Detail-oriented / Thorough- Well-Organized- Able to work Independently- Accuracy- Excellent follow-through- Ability to work well in pressure situations - professionalism- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel- Familiarity and consistent use of CRM Module / Siebel.- Ability to achieve job summary objectives consistently.**We offer**:- Excellent salary according to experience.**Required/ Preferred Education and Experience**- Degree in plastic engineering or chemical engineering preferred.- Proficient in English & Spanish oral & written skills.- Availability to travel**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Productos Químicos
