Job Highlights Chedraui commercial link with AIG EW program operational efficiency and contributing to its sustainable growth Stores managers’ support and relationship with Chedraui staff Prepare and monitor EW program operational development including its parametrization in systems, layouts generation, eligible items and certificates database control Develop and follow-up of strategies in order to achieve Chedraui sales Budget Business Analysis/control of databases: uploading, updating, conciliation and special requests. Consolidate information for monthly follow ups, reports and KPI generation. Support and control for invoicing and collection flow Frequent communication, meetings and follow up for Walmart stores (managers and sales force) in order to strength the knowledge of the Extended Warranty program Monitor and supply POP material to the stores Coordinate training stores according with Chedraui requirements Propose improvements to operational processes established to EW program (for Chedraui and AIG) Job Summary 100% of the time working on business administration and developing commercial strategies. Walmart requires assistance to their facilities twice a week. One day of the week must visit stores. Leadership skills Negotiation. Persuasion. Communication. Organization of work teams. Persuasion skills for teamwork and achieving sales objectives. Technical Skills & Expertise Good communication skills. Administrative skills. Good writing and spelling skills. Sales training. Desirable knowledge of Electronic equipment sales (Computer, white line, home appliances and Audio and Video Electronics). Education experience required Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers. Supervisor of department stores, self-service. (1 year required) Sale of services. (Desirable) Sales promoter. (1 year required) Sales training. (1 year required) Behaviours Team work. Time management. Strategic planning. Problem solving. Communication skills (empathetic, outgoing). Sales in self-service stores, preferably in the electronics, white goods and/or computer area Training, feedback. Negotiation skills. (Preferably in sales) Results oriented and goal oriented.
