(mandatory).- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Busienss to Business Care and support. (mandatory).- Advanced level of English. (mandatory).- High School graduated. (mandatory).- Professional customer service skills : solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.- Fair written and verbal communication skills.- Critical thinking and logical thinking.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.- Thinks outside of the box.- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.- Problem solving abilities.**Location**:Guadalajara, Jalisco.**Type of work**:100% On-site.Building address: Av.
