As they grow their presence, they are looking to add a customer success manager to the team. An opportunity to work in a small team and report directly to the founders.
On offer:
Successful applicant will have:
- 5+ years in Customer Success Manager role
- A track record of success in a startup environment.
- Experience with AI/ML applications & automation
- Experience leading teams/junior colleagues.
- Bonus points for GenAI / Conversational AI experience
