As they grow their presence, they are looking to add a customer success manager to the team. An opportunity to work in a small team and report directly to the founders.

Successful applicant will have:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success Manager role
  • A track record of success in a startup environment.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications & automation
  • Experience leading teams/junior colleagues.
  • Bonus points for GenAI / Conversational AI experience
