**Leasing Coordinator**at Evernest**COMPANY OVERVIEW**Evernest is a full-service real estate and property management company with a national presence and an outstanding reputation. Evernest is looking for driven individuals who share our vision and are committed to our goals, and core values, and want to build a better future for our clients and the communities we serve.**POSITION OVERVIEW****RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Leases Signed - X (*Market Specific/Established by TL and/or Dir of Leasing)**- 6-hour prospect follow-up- Drive showings (Prospect Stats - 3/week)- Marketing new properties (6 business hour turnaround)**Days On Market (DOM) < 30 Days (Changes Seasonally)**- 6-Hour Prospect Follow-up:- Marketing new properties (6-hour turnaround)- Drive Showings (Prospect Stats - 3/week)**20, 5-Star Reviews/Coordinator/Month**:- Send a minimum of 15 requests weekly- Own the tenant’s move-in process and call on the day of move-in**CORE VALUES**To be considered for this position, you must connect deeply with Evernest’s company core values:**Win Together** - Without sacrificing our core beliefs, we will always put the Team (our Owners, our Residents, and each other), first.
