By combining the client-centric approach, risk management, and innovations, we make borrowing faster, easier, and hustle-free in countries where traditional financing tools are either expensive or hard to come by.**Customer Support**:- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve customer experience.**General**:- Implement performance metrics (individual+team goals) and result-oriented culture enduring performance reviews.- Be a team player, work effectively with Mexico UW Team and with the HQ Risks Management Team**Role Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience preferably experience working in a startup or fast-paced fintech environment.- Familiarity with call center operations and customer support technologies (e.g., autodialers, lead management software).- Experience of implementing additional tools for maximum efficiency.- Advanced English**Non-technical skills that will make you stand out**:- Great analytical skills; attention to detail.- Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on approach.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Strong ethical standards and sense of integrity.**We offer**:- High pay conditions: fixed salary + up to 30% bonuses monthly upon achievement of performance targets.- Private Medical Insurance.- Work schedule - Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 hrs.- International experience.- Opportunity to reveal your potential and build a successful career in an international company.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vidaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
