Oversight for compensation, performance appraisals, staff development, training, etc.- Providing guidance on rules and regulations relating to function/business/product operational issues, as well as, provide transactional approvals and interpretation of internal compliance policies;- Assisting with regulatory inquiries and/or examinations.
