Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time on-site position in Saltillo, Coahuila. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals. The role involves market analysis, creating and executing sales strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Qualifications - Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development experience Proven ability to conduct Client Relationship Management and Networking Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
