El Business Manager tiene la responsabilidad territorial de la administración de los Acuerdos de Ventas y Servicios que existen entre GM y sus concesionarios. A menudo actúan como consultores de los concesionarios y trabajan en colaboración con ellos en el desarrollo y la implementación de sus planes comerciales.
