Supervisor Financiero, Coordinador de finanzas**Your new company**Important International Company from the Wine & Spirits sector is looking for its new Business Controlling Chief (Supervisor/Coordination level)**Your new role**As Business Controlling Chief your main responsibilities will be:- Lead and supervise the business´s reporting and budget process- Supervise and analyze control report results- Shared leadership of forecast processes- Support and participation on financial closing to ensure data accuracy and anticipate variations vs. forecast- Prepare monthly reports including detailed variance analysis and comments- Ownership in ad-hoc projects- Monitor overheads expenses by nature / department- Work with all budget holders to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy- Develop business partnership with commercial and marketing teams (influence and add value to operational/strategic decision-making process)**What you'll need to succeed***- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Finance, Economics or Business Management- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in finance/controlling- Microsoft office (Advanced Excel and Power BI)- Fluent in English (French is a plus)- Autonomous, organized and with attention to detail- Curious, hard-working and hands-on- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
