Si eres un estratega digital con visión comercial y quieres que tu trabajo se refleje en escenarios llenos, queremos conocerte¿Te apasiona el marketing digital, las redes sociales y el mundo del entretenimiento?Únete a nuestro equipo y sé parte de la estrategia detrás de grandes espectáculos en vivo.Lo que harás:- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de social media y paid media en Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads y plataformas de streaming.- Planificar, administrar y optimizar campañas digitales enfocadas en venta de boletos electrónicos para obras de teatro, conciertos y espectáculos.- Implementar segmentación avanzada de audiencias (intereses, comportamientos, retargeting, lookalike).- Gestionar la compra de medios digitales y asegurar el ROI positivo en cada campaña.- Monitorear resultados en tiempo real, generar reportes y proponer mejoras continuas.- Colaborar con el equipo creativo para desarrollar contenido atractivo y campañas integradas.Lo que buscamos:- Experiência comprobable en gestión de campañas digitales (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).- Conocimiento en estrategias de conversión, remarketing y funnel de ventas digitales.- Capacidad para analizar métricas, generar insights y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.- Pasión por el entretenimiento, los espectáculos y la cultura digital.- Creatividad, proactividad y visión estratégica.Lo que ofrecemos:- Contratación formal con sueldo competitivo + bonos por resultados (ROI y ventas).- Acceso a herramientas profesionales de marketing y analítica.- Ambiente dinámico y creativo en la industria del entretenimiento.- Oportunidad de crecimiento dentro de un proyecto en expansión internacional.- Entradas y experiências exclusivas en nuestros espectáculos.Modalidad:- Trabajo híbrido (la mayor parte del tiempo a distancia)- Disponibilidad para asistir a eventos y activaciones cuando se requiera.Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSueldo: $7,145.13 - $20,062.95 al mesHoras previstas: 30 por semanaBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
