The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Advanced English level- High school or truncated career- Experience in a similar position (2 years).- Basic knowledge in sales or purchases- MS Office intermediate (Excel, pp, word)- written, read and spoken**Skills**: You'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to listen actively, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
