We are looking for an awesome Sales Specialist to join our team Instructions : Read the job post in full then scroll to the bottom to learn more about our interview process. Summary: $5.77 USD per hour ($12,000/year) 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time) Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity. Meet with potential clients on Zoom Provide fast, friendly resolutions by responding to client messages, helping schedule meetings, and answering basic questions. Coordinate between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Track issues, document feedback, and escalate complex requests to improve overall client experience. Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time You are expected to have a reliable computer, strong wifi, good webcam, and a quite place to work. You are expected to have knowledge of computer software such as Google docs & sheets, Email, and CRM experience. Role (What You Will Do) Meet with prospects and customers on Zoom to present solutions, answer questions, and close sales Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage Respond promptly to inbound messages, leads, and follow-ups Help prospects schedule Zoom calls and sales meetings Notify internal team members when scheduled Zoom appointments begin Follow up after calls to confirm satisfaction, overcome objections, and secure next steps Document all conversations, deal notes, and client feedback in HubSpot Address common questions or issues that could block a sale Coordinate with marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff after purchase Escalate complex objections or issues to the appropriate department when needed Maintain a confident, professional, and customer-focused tone in all communication About Event Hawk Event Hawk is the leading Party Rental Business Marketing Software company in the United States and has helped 2,000+ party rental company owners grow their business.
