Del Paseo ResidencialMonterrey, NL 64920**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities and Duties**:- ** Presentation Development**: Design and deliver engaging presentations for sales meetings, strategic reviews, and customer engagements.- **Business Reporting**: Prepare quarterly business reports, offering insights into performance metrics, progress toward goals, and improvement areas.- **Customer Visit Coordination**: Manage a dynamic calendar of customer visits, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and travel logistics.- **Customer Onboarding**: Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, communication, and training are completed effectively.- **SOP Development**: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and successful first shipments.- **Shipment Monitoring**: Track initial shipments for new customers to guarantee timely delivery and fulfillment of service expectations.- **Business Assurance**: Validate that customer commitments on volume and scope are met; proactively resolve any issues.- **Executive Travel Management**: Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, ensuring efficient handling of all logistics.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Experience in commercial operations, project management, or a similar function.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments.- Background in logistics, supply chain, or customer-facing industries preferred.- Fluency in English is required.**Why Join Us?**- A collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging work environment.- Exposure to high-impact commercial strategies and client partnerships.- Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
