They coach the affected teams on transitioning from the old way of working to the new to ensure these are adopted and new capabilities are embedded so that the business benefits of the changes can be realized.**Key Accountabilities**:Develops and delivers against a change management plan specific to the project and ensures its continuous alignment with the overall project objective and project management plan. They assess the risks and implications likely to result from the transition and adoption of the change and provide advice and recommendations regarding the risk and implications.
