As a CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, you will develop, accompany and enhance change management capabilities to promote the adoption of the company's strategic projects**Key Responsibilities**- Manage the execution of strategic changes from planning, design, implementation, follow-up and evaluation of results.- Identify key partners, conduct group impact analysis, and evaluate readiness for change.- Act as a mentor to senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.- Analyze and manage content for the various communication channels based on the diagnoses made by impacted audiences.**Qualifications**- Proven experience in retail or commercial operation, design and project implementation.- BA degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.- Methodology for the construction of solutions, ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.- Knowledge of digital tools in the formation of groups, and project management tools.- English language proficiency.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
