Descripción Design and implement business unit strategy to achieve financial and operational goals. Manage P&L, forecasting, and ensure profitability targets are met. Drive commercial activities: lead generation, upselling strategies, and client engagement. Oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Develop and mentor a team of 5 consultants, fostering engagement and growth. Build strong client relationships and resolve critical issues when needed. Perfil buscado Experience: 5+ years leading consulting teams and business units. Skills: Strategic vision, commercial mindset, negotiation, and team leadership. Knowledge: Organizational design, change management, assessments, and market insights. Language: Advanced English (essential for international client interaction). Mindset: Inspirational leader, adaptable to entrepreneurial environments, resilient, and collaborative. Qué Ofrecemos Competitive salary: $70K - $90K MXN/month. Hybrid work model in Mexico City.
