Ie Process Manager

Tasks- Lead different teams as Maintenance, Process, Testing, Manufacturing Planning, and Industrial Engineering.- Lead change management (organization, processes).- Responsible for Equipment Efficiency improvement projects.- Supports activities for OEE, Scrap, Yield and DPMO improvement to support FF performance metrics.- Embrace continuous improvement, improve productivity (e.g. testing time), work methods, 5S, standardization, follow and improve procedures, quality awareness, problem solving mind set, critical thinking culture.- Advanced manufacturing line problem solving related to manufacturing process related defects.- Supports TPM program by providing mentoring and training to peers, technicians, and operator personnel.- Ensures the availability of the production resources (Equipment, SW, Employees) in cost, time and quality.- Supports the engineering changes in the production after SOP (Lead with NPL).- Introduces process programs and process parameters to support manufacturing operations.- Utilizes and reinforces Lean Clever Automation techniques for automation development.- RFQ calculation for new projects.- Industrialization of new projects (manufacturing processes and test).- Take care about the cost-efficient usage of all available resources.- Responsible for time studies, routings, Product cost calculation, Layout and capacity planning in the FF.- Define the needed resources for the industrial engineering and manages to get available these resources.- Have constant communication with stakeholders, create reports and present test results reviews to stakeholders in a frequent basis.- People development and coaching.**Qualifications**:**Required**:- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or similar in engineering.- Experience with production processes also in lean production.- 5 years of Experience in automotive business.- Leadership Experience, 5 years of leading people.- Lead people or lead leaders.- Industrial Engineering management (Including systems and processes).- Knowledge Quality management methods.- CBS Principles, methods, and tools.- Communication skills, team & talent management, leadership, and networker skills.- Personnel management.- Project management.- Financial skills (process, technology, and production level) Finance targets.- Advance written and verbal communication skills in English.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
