We combine precision, organization, and top-tier client service to help international clients access and manage their luxury watch collections seamlessly.**Role Summary****Key Responsibilities**- Act as the **primary point of contact** for international luxury watch clients.- Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.- Proactively resolve order issues, escalations, or delays with professionalism.- Support general sales activities including proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to maintain client satisfaction.- Maintain organized records, CRM updates, and sales reports with exceptional attention to detail.- Leverage knowledge of luxury watches to advise clients, answer technical questions, and provide guidance on collections.- Identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing client experience.**Qualifications & Skills**- **3-5 years experience** in Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations in luxury watches or luxury goods.- Deep knowledge of **luxury watch brands, models, and market trends**.- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken) - required.- Proven ability to **track and manage complex orders** with precision.- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.- Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.- Professional, polished communication suitable for high-end clients.**Why Join ILNIA**- Work directly with **prestigious international clients** in the luxury watch industry.- Be part of a **high-performing, growing team** at the forefront of luxury services.- Opportunity to leverage your expertise in watches while enhancing client experience.- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.**Job Types**: Full-time, CommissionPay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How familiar are you with the watch industry?**Experience**:- sales: 2 years (required)- account executive: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
