Production Support L2 – Flexcube Hybrid | Guadalajara, Jalisco and Mexico City Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support L2 Engineer with strong expertise in Flexcube , PL/SQL , Unix , and enterprise monitoring tools. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production support for the Flexcube module. Respond to business queries and resolve issues within SLA timelines. ️ Monitor system performance using ITRS , Autosys , and other monitoring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents. Maintain clear documentation of incidents, RCA, and corrective actions. Qualifications ✔️ Strong knowledge of Flexcube ✔️ Proficiency in PL/SQL ✔️ Experience working with Unix ✔️ Familiarity with ITRS and monitoring tools ✔️ Hands-on experience with Autosys ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Modality Hybrid Guadalajara, Jalisco adn Mexico City.
