Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.The position will be based in Queretaro, Queretaro.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As a Continuous Improvement Intern **(STRAW Area)**, you will:- Support to WCM (World Class Manufacturing); AM (Autonomous Maintenance); QM (Quality Management) & FI (Focused Improvement) teams- Collaboration in straw production process- Provide instrumentation for extruders process- Continuous improvement in dashboard, (Excel and Power BI)**Bachelor Studies in progress**:Automation, Mechatronics, and Electronics engineering, or a related field.**Desirable Skills / Knowledge**:Upper intermediate or Advanced English level (basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills) MS Office and database management, Power BI, SAP. Good communications skills, proactive, team player, collaborativeAvailability for internship**:January 19 to December 7, 2026**As a Continuous Improvement Intern **(FINISHING Area)**, you will:- Data analysis of entire production processes (finishing).- Work closely with our process engineer and have frequent contact with operators.- Interaction with different areas and positions along the production floor.- Improve finishing database for losses- Improvement projects**Bachelor Studies in progress**:Industrial Engineer, Data analytics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field.**Desirable Skills / Knowledge**:Upper intermediate or Advanced English level (basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills) MS Office and database management, Power BI, SAP.
