Títulos: Field Sales Operations Manager| Sales Director Accounts | Territory Sales Manager | Field OperationsDescripción del Puesto:**Responsabilidades**:- Ejecutar programas comerciales y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de las cuentas clave.- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con la gerencia de tienda y socios minoristas para garantizar la correcta exhibición y distribución de los productos de belleza.- Negociar y vender contratos/programas que respalden la comercialización y distribución en retail.- Asegurar la correcta configuración de exhibidores y planogramas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de inventario y visibilidad de la marca privada de cosméticos en los puntos de venta.- Analizar métricas de desempeño de ventas y operativas para proponer mejoras en la ejecución en el punto de venta.- Colaborar con equipos internos de marketing y trade marketing para alinear campañas con las necesidades del retail.**Requisitos**:- Experiência comprobada en ventas de campo y operaciones en la industrias privada de cosméticos y belleza.- Profundo conocimiento en cuentas retail, específicamente en Walmart.- Habilidad para coordinar estrategias y optimizar procesos de ventas en tiendas.- Experiência en negociación de contratos y acuerdos con minoristas.- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y altamente competitivo.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con clientes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesExperiência:- Retail Accounts, especialmente en Walmart: 9 años (Obligatorio)- Sector de Make-Up : 8 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
