Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Job Duties**:- Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.- Leads internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepares yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedules and leads quarterly management review meetings.- Coordinates external QMS audits. Leads initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participates in external audits. Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings.- Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.- Manages all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.- Manages corrective action/preventative action reports. Ensures timely closure for assigned actions.- Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Tracks data and trends related to ISO/quality objectives and targets.- Ensures timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.- Follow all policies and procedures.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.- Experience: Minimum 3 years of quality and auditing experience.
