WMC is seeking a **IT Field Services Technician**with 1 or 2 years of experience.**Purpose of the role**:Support the digital transformation process across WMC plants, ensuring that both daily operations and technological projects are managed with efficiency, precision, and a focus on continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Resolve assigned support tickets.- Execute designated tasks within specific projects.- Gather new requirements for the development of technological solutions requested by plant users.- Follow up on technological solution requirements with the IT development team.- Perform testing on various technological requirements under development and report any necessary adjustments or improvements.- Deliver the requested technological developments to plant users, ensuring quality.- Train and instruct staff on the use of implemented technological developments and solutions.- Create user manuals for processes and the use of developed technological solutions.- Provide on-site support by gathering relevant information and sharing it with stakeholders to assist in resolving incidents or improvement projects related to the plant’s technological infrastructure.**Education**:Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.**Required Experience**:- 1 to 2 years in continuous improvement of technological processes or managing all stages of the product life cycle.- Experience working with agile methodologies.- Experience using SAP.**Hard Skills**:- Basic SQL knowledge.- Advanced Microsoft Office.**Soft Skills**:- Effective work management and prioritization.- Attention to detail.- Communication skills.- Collaboration skills.- Cultural and interpersonal awareness.- Adaptability.**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person in The Woodland, TX.- ______________________________________________WMC está buscando un **Técnico de Servicios de Campo en TI** con 1 o 2 años de experiência.**Propósito del rol**:Apoyar el proceso de transformación digital en las plantas de WMC, asegurando que tanto las operaciones diarias como los proyectos tecnológicos se gestionen con eficiencia, precisión y un enfoque en la mejora continua.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Resolver los tickets de soporte asignados.- Ejecutar las tareas designadas dentro de proyectos específicos.- Levantar nuevos requerimientos para el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas solicitadas por los usuarios de planta.- Dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de soluciones tecnológicas con el equipo de desarrollo de TI.- Realizar pruebas sobre diversos requerimientos tecnológicos en desarrollo y reportar los ajustes o mejoras necesarios.- Entregar a los usuarios de planta los desarrollos tecnológicos solicitados, garantizando su calidad.- Capacitar e instruir al personal en el uso de las soluciones y desarrollos tecnológicos implementados.- Elaborar manuales de usuario sobre procesos y uso de las soluciones tecnológicas desarrolladas.- Brindar soporte en sitio, recopilando información relevante y compartiéndola con las partes interesadas para apoyar en la resolución de incidentes o proyectos de mejora relacionados con la infraestructura tecnológica de la planta.**Educación**:Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos o áreas afines.**Experiência requerida**:- De 1 a 2 años en mejora continua de procesos tecnológicos o en la gestión de todas las etapas del ciclo de vida de un producto.- Experiência trabajando con metodologías ágiles.- Experiência en el uso de SAP.**Habilidades técnicas (Hard Skills)**:- Conocimientos básicos de SQL.- Microsoft Office avanzado.**Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills)**:- Gestión y priorización efectiva del trabajo.- Atención al detalle.- Habilidades de comunicación.- Capacidad de colaboración.- Conciencia cultural e interpersonal.- Adaptabilidad.**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo**Experiência**:- Manufactura: 1 año (preferido)**Lugar de trabajo**: Presencial en The Woodlands, TXPay: From $73,719.30 per monthApplication Question(s):- ¿Obtuviste tu TSU entre el 2021 y el 2023?**Education**:- Associate (required)Work Location: In person
